Pulinski, D.

Hello My Name Is...
Mr. Pulinski>

Welcome to my Physical Education page.
While we are all home I hope you are all keeping a safe distance and constantly washing your hands.  Remember we must stay physically active and strive for 60 minutes of physical activity daily.
Here are some ways you can achieve your goals. Start everyday by doing 20 each of the following jumping jacks, sit-ups “spaghetti and meatballs”, push ups, “Jack in box”.   Try to increase the amount you do everyday.  If you have space in your house or weather permitting go outside and practice skipping, galloping, hoping and bear crawl.

Some other suggestions are to get a ball (football, yarn Ball) and play catch with a sibling or alone by tossing a ball up in the air and catching it. See how many times you can do it without dropping it. Challenge yourself to reach  a higher goal.

Turn on the radio and practice your dance moves.

Play tag with siblings

Go for a walk or bike ride (don’t forget to wear a helmet)

Play Simon says using exercises

If you have plastic cups practice stacking cups

Invent your own game using skills you learned in class

If you are able, please send me a short video of you doing some type of physical activity
